Refund policy
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at Gavinhart196@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. Please contact us to request an exchange.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
